Learn, grow and break barriers with the CCRA

Knowledge is a powerful catalyst—it not only equips you to make smarter decisions but also empowers you to push beyond your limits and grow in ways you never thought possible. For over 50 years, NACM and FCIB’s six-level Professional Certification Program has been a trusted resource for education and professional growth in the credit management field.
For Jennifer Wasco, CBA, CCRA, credit manager at Foundation Building Materials, LLC (Covington, KY), earning her Certified Credit and Risk Analyst (CCRA) certification was an obvious decision. “After earning my CBA designation, I wanted to continue to learn, grow and contribute to the credit industry,” Wasco said. “The CCRA certification provided me with relevant information and pushed me out of my comfort zone, which has helped build my confidence overall.”
The CCRA designation has helped Wasco adapt to industry changes and added value to her role as a credit professional. “With it, I avoid being stagnant and am more able to offer professional knowledge to others,” Wasco said.
✏️Study Tip: Challenge yourself to grow. “If you’re comfortable, you’re going to stay where you are and will not progress,” Wasco said. “I encourage you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and ask questions. If that means getting involved in groups or associations or talking to more people—then so be it. Find ways to get what you’re after.”
