Member Spotlight: First Impressions Matter for First Timers

At NACM's 127th Credit Congress, several attendees had the opportunity to network and experience a wide variety of educational sessions that applied to industries across the board—including construction, global trade and services.

Most attendees at Credit Congress are regulars who come every year. However, this year, roughly 142 first-time attendees were present. Stacey Bridges, CBA, senior credit representative at Ingram Book Group, LLC (La Vergne, TN) was one of the first-time attendees at this year's convention. "My personal experience was very enjoyable as a first timer," she said. "The knowledge I gained from the educational sessions was useful and informative."

Bridges said another highlight of her time in Grapevine, TX was getting to network with other credit professionals at the dinners each night. "The classes and dinners were definitely my favorite part of the whole experience," Bridges added. "I'm super excited and looking forward to coming back!"

Be sure to join us for next year's Credit Congress in Las Vegas, NV from June 9-12!
